Prior to working with Paul, Sue Spencer was obese and uncomfortable with taking pictures of herself for many years – having never worked out in her life and satisfied with her day-to-day routine of sedentary work at 58 years old. Fast forward 4 years she lost 100lbs, is a World Masters Games Gold Medalist in Olympic Lifting, in female 60-64-year-old 90KG category and now on her own path to social media influencer – helping others who were in her same position.
